One MiM. Multiple countries. Different business environments.
Most students imagine a Master in Management as two years at one business school in one city. ESCP Business School offers a very different experience.
Its MiM allows students to build their academic journey across ESCP’s European campuses, including Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid, Turin and Warsaw. This makes location an active part of the curriculum rather than simply where you happen to study.
How Does the ESCP MiM Work?
The standard MiM is a two-year, 120-ECTS programme. Students begin by developing core management knowledge in areas such as finance, marketing, strategy, accounting, organisational management and sustainability.
As they progress, the programme becomes highly customisable. ESCP offers 70+ specialisations and around 150 electives, although options vary by campus and language.
This creates an interesting possibility:
Career Goal → Specialisation → Campus → Internship → Employment Market
A student interested in consulting, for example, might select a different campus journey from someone targeting finance, technology, marketing or entrepreneurship.
Why Does the Cross-Country Model Matter?
Moving between campuses can provide exposure to different business cultures, languages, employers and professional networks.
A student could potentially experience the business environment of Paris, develop another specialisation in London or Berlin, and gain broader European exposure within the same degree.
But there is an important distinction:
Studying in more countries does not automatically create better career opportunities.
Every campus move should have a purpose.
If your target career is finance in London, consulting in Paris, technology in Berlin or luxury in Italy, your choice of campus, specialisation, internship and language development should ideally support that objective.
The BIDYUT Perspective
Don't choose ESCP because you can simply “study in several countries.”
Choose it if you can use its multi-campus structure strategically.
Instead of asking:
“Which ESCP campus should I choose?”
Ask:
“Which combination of campuses, specialisations and internships can take me towards my intended career?”
That is the real strength of ESCP’s cross-country MiM model.
You are not simply choosing where to study. You are designing your European management journey.
